NOTES: This appears to be quite similar--perhaps even just a slightly earlier version of the same model as this one: 1934 Unknown. The case and crystal dimensions are the same. That watch has an all white case, whereas this one is two-tone, but the cases otherwise have the same style. I have not found any model listings in crystal catalogs for the X988 crystal, though it is listed as having been used by Bulova.
