NOTES: I have seen this model elsewhere labeled the "Medico" based on a single newspaper advertisement for that model. However, I do not believe that the advertisement is a match for this watch. I also find it interesting that the only mention I can find in the crystal catalogs for the Medico assigns to that name a tonneau shaped crystal, rather than a round one. That listing is in the G-S catalog for 1943, making it highly relevant to a model produced in 1942. We have seen many errors in the newspaper ads, so I think we have to use them with caution, particularly when we have available contradictory, much more reliable information. Therefore, for the time being, I am leaving this as a general chronograph.
